When will I receive my product?

Processing Time can take up to 4 days. Processing time is not included in shipping time. Shipping time will take an additional 1-3 days depending on your region.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, if you feel that your products has been compromised in any way, please send us an email at info@skinerapyco.com within the first 48 hours of receiving your product. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response to your inquiry. 

How can I cancel or modify my order?

If you would like to cancel or modify your order please use the Contact us tab and include your details used to place your order as well as the order number. Our customer service team will respond shortly.

How do I become a brand ambassador?

If you are interested in becoming a brand ambassador, please send us an email to info@skinerapyco.com. Please make sure to add your social media handles and why you are interested in becoming a brand ambassador with Skinerapy. We will respond within 72 hours to your inquiry. 

Are Skinerapy products natural?

Skinerapy uses natural and/or organic ingredients in all of its products. We do not use synthetics, colorants, parabens, pthlates, alcohols, or sulfates in any of our products. Please refer to each products ingredients for a complete list of ingredients. 

When can I expect to see results?

Every skin is different. If you are targeting hyperpigmentation, you can expect to see subtle results in as little as 2-4 weeks.

Depending on the severity, sometimes it can take up to 3-6 months for your skin to be completely cleared. This time frame is not absolute and changes depending on your individual skin. Fairer skin tones usually achieve a much faster result than darker skin tones.

It is important to take pictures from when you begin and once every 2 weeks to 1 month afterwards so that you can track your results. Usually, we cannot see the subtle changes happening and can get discouraged. We recommend taking pictures for motivation and to look at the progress in your skin. 

It is also important to keep your skin MOISTURIZED. Your skin needs to stay moisturized at ALL TIMES. Yes, All Times. 24/7. Moisturized skin is healthy skin and will help your skin cell turnover so that you can reveal new skin.
